Kent Design: 2-day Online Urban Design School
From heating our homes to moving around, the built environment and construction sectors are responsible for 40% of the UK's greenhouse gas emissions. This 2-day Urban Design School will focus on achieving Net Zero Carbon and what that means for planning, development and design professionals. Attendees will learn about best practice, new concepts and practical advice for taking action towards net zero carbon targets.

Sustainable Design Brief - work in groups with expert tutors to apply what you have learned to a town centre site.
Attendees will get the most out of the Urban Design School by attending all sessions and it is highly recommended that everyone attend the first session on Day 01 (use the ticket bundle link to book for both days), as this sets the scene for the rest of the School. However, it is possible to attend only the sessions that are relevant to you if necessary.

There are a limited number of places available to non-members. The cost for this 2-day event is £185+Vat pp/per place, or £95+Vat pp/per place for one day only.

You'll also receive an event reminder email 24hrs prior to the event, + 15mins before the event start time. The event organiser will provide additional information such as a digital programme, Zoom guidance, etc.
