MKAI’s mission is: To enable everyone; from all walks of life, from all corners of the world, from all disciplines to contribute meaningfully to the Artificial Intelligence conversation. A conversation that urgently requires diverse perspectives, responsible practices, and an inclusive approach.
How can we support our MKAI Women Champions in their lives and the field of AI?
We will help women feel more confident in this meetup and support each other through open, trustful, honest conversation. We want women to achieve their full potential and ambitions and create a more fair environment for women working in AI.
We will learn from each other and share different perspectives to achieve this powerful changing force and challenge gender bias.
We want to offer a safe place for women to express themselves, feel comfortable talking about everything and build a support network.

Women in MKAI Forum was created to celebrate women and provide a safe place to exchange ideas and the freedom of thought. These require an environment that nourishes dignity, understanding, mutual respect. Our participants are from different backgrounds, experiences, views, cultures, and we celebrate, embrace and value this diversity.

Women in MKAI will provide support and space for meaningful and constructive dialogue. It is a space that allows respectful interaction, exchange of ideas and thoughts, mutual support and uses respectful language that recognises the diversity amongst participants.

𝗩𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗮 𝗦𝗮𝗱𝗼𝘃𝘆𝗸𝗵, 𝗣𝗵𝗗

Valeria Sadovykh is a leading expert in the decision making and decision intelligence aspects of AI. She is a Digital Transformation Lead at PwC with a focus on leveraging emerging technology and strategic partnerships to solve organisational challenges. Valeria’s expertise, in the utilization of AI, ML and digital transformations, has shaped the business decisions of various multinational corporations across a range of industries.
Valeria has led strategic IT developments involving emerging technology, Industry 4.0, digital transformation, intelligent automation, and mass customization. She has successfully delivered business-critical projects leading to enhanced workplace efficiencies, operational decision-making, sustainable practices, and optimizing the customer journey.
In addition to her consulting career, Valeria is also actively involved in academia. She has a series of academic and media publications in top tier journals/conference proceedings within Information Systems/Computer Science domains. She holds a PhD in Information Systems from the University of Auckland, New Zealand. Her primary research interests are online decision-making, decision intelligence, human biases, ethical AI, and disruption and adoption of AI and ML. She has lived and worked in Singapore, New Zealand, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Australia, Europe and now the US.

Social Entrepreneur, Activist and experienced Project Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the non-profit organization management industry and equipped with degrees of B. Tech and MBA and currently practicing Law. Skilled in Research and Development (R&D), Legal Research, Leadership, and Public Speaking. Strong program and project management professional with a LLB - Bachelor of Laws focused in Corporate Law, Tax Law/Taxation and Intellectual Property Law from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
