Technology-savvy and innovative professionals find themselves with exciting new tools to improve outcomes for patients and clients. Heart rate variability (HRV) tracking measures how treatment, services, and behavioral changes impact the health of the body and mind. HRV biofeedback, mindfulness, and self-compassion training provide powerful tools proven to improve brain and nervous system functioning. Perfect for professionals with a basic understanding of HRV, this training presents practical strategies proven to improve mental, physical, and cognitive health.

Facilitated by three HRV experts, this training provides a roadmap for successful implementation. Dr. Inna Khazan Inna is a licensed clinical psychologist, author, and faculty member at Harvard Medical School specializing in biofeedback and mindfulness-based approaches to optimizing health and performance. Dr. David Happer, D.C., is a professor and practicing chiropractor with a BCIA Certificate. Matt Bennett, MA, MBA is the author of two books on heart rate variability, where he combines his trauma, resiliency, motivation, and leadership expertise.

Training will be held from 12 to 2 pm EST on March 8th and 9th

4-hours of continuing education credits are available through Massachusetts Psychological Association. All participants will get presentation handouts, access to the recorded version of the trainings, and two free e-books.
