Ethical marketing for uncertain times with Tad Hargrave

Tad is a hippy who developed a knack for marketing (and then learned how to be a hippy again).

Since 2001, he’s been weaving together strands of ethical marketing, Waldorf School education, a history in the performing arts, local culture work, anti-globalization activism, an interest in his ancestral, traditional cultures, community building and supporting local economies into this work of helping people create profitable businesses that are ethically grown while restoring the beauty of the marketplace.

About this webinar:

You’ll learn my best core strategies on how to market your business in a way that is ethical, effective and beautiful.
No scripts. No pitching. No inauthentic self-promotion. No high-pressure sales tactics. No manipulating anyone.

This is marketing you’ll actually do.

You don’t have to choose between ethics and effectiveness.

That’s the core idea here: Your marketing can be genuinely good-vibes, deeply respectful, trauma-informed, consent-based, conscience-driven, courteous, and honour the dignity of everyone involved (including you). You can get more word-of-mouth and market your beautiful work beautifully.

And, given the overly-saturated marketplace in the holistic and coaching world, it needs to stand out.

Ah… But so many people feel deeply ill at ease with the idea of self promotion.

Most entrepreneurs I know feel torn between either doing no marketing at all (because they can’t find a way to do it that feels good) or marketing that works in the short term (but doesn’t feel good).

I am suggesting that there’s a way to approach marketing that actually works better than the pushy and manipulative approaches you hate and that feels genuinely good to all involved. You can be a better marketer and attract all the clients you can handle – without sacrificing your integrity.

This work is all about developing what I call ‘ethical marketing for uncertain times’.

By the end of this workshop you will learn about:

  • Why some of your past attempts at marketing either failed or felt awful (or both).
  • What the Seven Fundamentals are (and, I predict, feel an enormous sense of relief that marketing can both feel good and work) and exactly which order to tackle them in (it does matter).
  • Be guided through a series of ‘micro-reflections’ to help you figure out which of the seven you’re strong in and which you’re weak in (and what to do about it)
