Erin Langley, LAc, practices dreaming as a way of life. She is a hermit and mother, immersed in Chinese Tongshu and Polestar astrology, divination, geomancy, and East Asian Medicine. Since childhood she has had visionary and “nonordinary” experiences, and over many years has cultivated a nondual foundation to support dreaming as a complete path. She learned dream practice and ceremony with indigenous elders, wrote her Masters thesis on traditional community dreaming protocols, and received the Dao of the Night dream teachings from her late teacher Liu Ming. Her work arises from Chinese Daoism, the Tibetan Nyingma tradition, and the European indigenous mind.

Erin will follow the flow in this webinar, exploring:

  • Brief contrast of Chinese Daoist cosmology with modern cosmology
  • Sleep as distinct from dream
  • Sleep disorders and the five spirits
  • Building symbolic literacy awake and asleep
  • Dreams of portent (prognosis) and resolution (remedy).
  • Non-dual dreaming and clinical insight.
  • Dreaming as a medical path.
