  • Try out a variety of journaling techniques, including reflective, imaginative and intuitive writing.
  • Enjoy a relaxed and supportive atmosphere, where you can write freely about whatever you want or need to express.
  • Have the chance to ask questions, share experiences, and gather top tips.
  • Leave having experienced a selection of activities that support ongoing self-development.

Kate is a writer, editor and writing for wellbeing practitioner and researcher.
