Overview of the Title IX Regulations for Investigators - Optional AM Session

Note: This is an optional add-on for our Title IX Investigator Training. Be sure to register here for the full investigator training if you haven't done so already.

The Title IX Regulations outline specific training requirements for anyone involved in the Title IX process. To accommodate investigators with all levels of familiarity with Title IX, we are offering an optional foundational training on the Title IX Regulations. Attendees are welcome to register for this foundational training in addition to the 4-hour Investigator Training. 

Topics include:

• The definition of sexual harassment under Title IX
• The scope of a school's education program or activity
• The formal Title IX grievance process including investigations, hearings, and appeals
• Informal resolution
• Evidentiary rules and issues of relevance
